You correspond with your attorney directly. Median email response 4 business hours; same-day on urgent matters tagged in subject line.
Plain-language updates
Status updates every 14 days even when nothing has happened. We don’t use legalese in client communication; we save it for filings where it’s required.
Fee transparency
Detailed invoices itemise every task with a line-by-line description. Most clients receive a fee estimate within 7 days of intake; we update if scope changes materially.
Confidentiality
Client data is encrypted in transit + at rest, on attorney-only access. Document retention follows ABA Model Rule 1.16(d) timing; nothing is sold or shared.
Peer review
