What we’re actually doing
Modal-shift first
Default routing optimises for emissions, not just transit time. Customers choose: cheapest, fastest, or lowest-carbon. ~31% choose lowest-carbon when offered.
Fleet electrification
68 BEVs across 6 metro hubs. 14 more arriving Q3 2025. We co-fund charging at customer warehouses to extend range coverage.
Returnable packaging
Pool of 22,000 returnable totes for ambient parcel. 4.1 average reuse cycles. Avoided ~340 tonnes single-use cardboard in 2024.
HVO + renewable diesel
HVO100 used on 38% of long-haul kms. Direct ~85% well-to-wheel emissions reduction vs fossil diesel. Surcharge passed through transparently.
Audited reporting
ISO 14001 since 2018. CDP Climate score B in 2024. Bureau Veritas verifies our scope 1+2 + a sample of scope 3 annually.
Customer-level reports
Every customer over $100k/yr can request a quarterly carbon report at shipment level. CSV + PDF. We pull from telematics, not industry averages.
