What happens next
- I read every enquiry myself. There’s no triage layer.
- If it’s a fit on first read, I’ll reply within 3 business days proposing a 30-minute discovery call.
- The discovery call is no-commitment. We talk through what you need; if I think someone else would do better, I’ll say so and recommend them.
- If we both want to proceed, I send a written proposal within a week of the call.
What I’m typically not the right fit for
- Small one-off design tasks (the ramp-up is too steep).
- Pure visual / brand identity work (I’m a product designer, not an art director).
- Anything where the answer is really “you need to hire a full-time designer” — I’ll happily say so on the call.
