Inside the iOmCMS AI Website Builder — From Prompt to Published Site in 30 Seconds

A look under the hood at how iOmCMS turns a one-sentence brief into a complete, themed website in about 30 seconds — with real fallbacks when AI isn’t available.

One prompt. A full website. 30 seconds.

Describe your business in a sentence and watch iOmCMS generate a complete, on-brand website — pages, copy, navigation, theme, and structured data — before you finish your coffee. Here's how it works under the hood.

Step 1 — Understand the brief

We send your prompt plus any hints you provide (industry, audience, tagline) to Claude Opus 4.7. Claude's job isn't to write pretty copy; it's to produce a strict blueprint JSON that our renderer knows how to turn into real pages and blocks.

Step 2 — Pick the right theme

The blueprint includes a suggested theme slug (restaurant, fitness, legal, agency, photography… 19 to choose from). We activate that theme on your new site automatically, so a yoga studio doesn't launch with a law-firm layout.

Step 3 — Apply the blueprint

iOmCMS walks the JSON and creates real Page + Block rows in your tenant's database. Every block is one of the 19 supported types — Hero, Features Grid, Stats Counter, Testimonials, Contact Form, and more — so the page builder can edit anything afterward. Nothing about the output is AI-specific; it's just regular iOmCMS content.

Step 4 — Smart fallbacks

If Claude is unavailable, the router tries OpenAI, then Qwen, then an in-built heuristic. If none of them work we fall through to a hand-crafted industry template so your site still launches. Manual mode, always.

What you control

  • ✏️ Rewrite any block afterward in the drag-and-drop builder
  • 🎨 Swap themes from Settings → Themes
  • 🔍 Regenerate a single page from a new prompt
  • 🤖 Toggle AI Integrated vs Manual mode platform-wide

Try it yourself
