How we started
Healthcare & Medical demo opened in 2008 with two physicians and a single Mid-Town office. The premise was simple: most clinics over-book appointments, churn through patients in 8-minute slots, and rotate doctors so no one knows your history. We built the opposite — 30-minute visits, the same provider every time, and a same-day appointment guarantee for sick visits.
Sixteen years later we have three locations, 32 providers, and 12,000+ active patients. We still book 30-minute visits.
What we believe
- Listening is medicine. The most important diagnostic tool a clinician has is time + attention.
- Continuity matters. Seeing the same provider every visit catches things rotating staff miss.
- Telehealth where appropriate, in-person where needed. Not every problem fits in a phone call; not every problem requires a clinic trip.
- Transparent billing. You'll know what something costs before we charge for it.
