Transthoracic echo, on-site. Same-day or scheduled. Read within 48 hours.
Stress testing
Treadmill + nuclear (referred to our partner imaging facility).
Holter + event monitoring
24/48-hr ambulatory monitoring for arrhythmia evaluation. Mailed-back devices, no in-person follow-up needed.
Hypertension management
Resistant HTN, white-coat HTN, ABPM (24-hour blood pressure monitoring). Real numbers, not just clinic readings.
