How we started
Real Estate demo opened in 2011 with two agents and one office. Fourteen years and 1,800+ closed transactions later, we're a boutique team of six senior agents — deliberately small, deliberately senior. Every client is matched with a single agent who owns the relationship from first call to closing.
What we believe
- Smaller is better. Big agencies spread thin; we keep load low so service stays personal.
- Senior people, every time. No "junior associate" handoffs. The person on your kickoff is the person at your closing.
- Honest pricing. Our valuation is what we'd actually list at — not what we'd promise to win the contract.
- Long horizons. 65% of our listings are repeat clients or referrals. We optimise for the relationship, not the transaction.
