Maya's wine list.
Curated by sommelier Maya Okafor — eighty bottles in the cellar at any time, half by the glass. Old World heart, New World curiosity, low-intervention bias.
Most of what's on this list is from a small producer working their own land. About a third is biodynamic. Half is from a region you've heard of; the other half is somewhere worth getting to know. Ask the sommelier — she answers honestly, and she'll tell you when the cheap one is the right one.
