What we believe
- The smallest team that can ship the thing. Most agency engagements are over-staffed. We default to 2–4 senior engineers and add scope-specific specialists only when they earn it.
- Senior people, end-to-end. The person on the kickoff is the person committing the code. Not their lead. Not their account manager.
- Boring tech earns its keep. Postgres, TypeScript, AWS, Linear. We pick newer tools when they earn it, not because they're trending.
- Production accountability. We're on-call for what we ship for 90 days post-launch. Hand-off is a workshop + runbook, not a slide deck.
Where we work from
Distributed by design — engineers across 14 countries, leadership in three time zones. We meet in person twice a year for a week-long offsite. Everything else is async.
