Creative Agency demo was founded on the idea that strategy, design, and engineering belong on the same team — not in three sequential agencies. That's still the operating assumption.

We started in 2013 as a four-person studio in demo-agency.localhost, mostly working on brand identity for early-stage SaaS. Within two years we were turning down branding work because the same clients kept asking us to design the product. Within four we'd added engineering because the product designs kept getting watered down in implementation.

That progression — brand → product → digital — is the same one our clients usually go through, just in a different order. We've ended up where we are because that's where the work is.

Four things we will not negotiate.

We tell you what we think.

Including when it's that we're wrong, that the brief is wrong, or that you should hire someone else.

We finish what we start.

Twelve years, 240+ projects, zero abandoned engagements. Schedule slips happen — quitting doesn't.

We don't subcontract silently.

If a specialist joins the team, you meet them. The cost is on the invoice. No 30% mystery margin.

We work for people we like.

We turn down ~40% of inbound. It's a privilege we earned by saying no early. We'll be honest about fit.
