How we run a project.
Six phases. Each one ships a tangible artefact you can review before we move to the next. No black-box discovery.
1. Discovery
1-2 weeks. Stakeholder interviews, audit of the current state, success-metric definition. Output: a discovery doc you actually want to read.
2. Definition
1-2 weeks. We turn the discovery into a scoped brief — what's in, what's out, what success looks like, what it costs.
3. Design
3-8 weeks depending on shape. Visual design, prototyping, stakeholder review at agreed checkpoints. We don't disappear for a month.
4. Build
Concurrent with late-stage design. Production-ready code, tested in real browsers, deployed to a staging environment from day one.
5. Launch
1 week. Cutover plan, go/no-go review, post-launch monitoring. Designer + engineer on call for the first 72 hours.
6. Support
30-day post-launch support included. Bug fixes, copy edits, the small things that come up once it's live and being used.
