Corporate / Consultancy (Full) demo was founded in 2009 by three engineers who'd spent a decade between them in big-five consulting and enterprise IT. The pattern was always the same: ten months of strategy, two months of frantic implementation, and a year of clean-up. We built the firm to invert it.
How we operate
Small senior teams, embedded with the client, working in their tools and their cadence. No staff augmentation in disguise. No 30% mystery margin on subcontractors. Every engagement has a named partner who is on the work, not just on the contract.
Where we are
Four delivery centres: Toronto (HQ), Austin, Lisbon, and Singapore. Most of our 180 engineers split their time across two clients. We're profitable, self-funded, and intentionally privately held.
