How we run an engagement.
Six phases, each one shipping a tangible artefact you can review before we move to the next. No black-box discovery, no PowerPoint phase.
1. Discovery
2-3 weeks. Stakeholder interviews, current-state audit, success-metric definition. Output: a discovery doc you actually want to read.
2. Definition
1-2 weeks. We turn discovery into a scoped statement of work — what's in, what's out, what success looks like, what it costs.
3. Architecture
2-3 weeks. Target-state architecture, integration patterns, infra topology, security model. Reviewed with your architects.
4. Build
Most of the timeline. Production-grade code, tested in real environments, deployed to staging from sprint one.
5. Launch
1-2 weeks. Cut-over plan, go/no-go gate, post-launch monitoring. Senior engineers on call for the first 72 hours.
6. Warranty
90 days post-launch support, free. Bug fixes, perf tuning, the small things that come up once it's live and being used.
