We don’t book you a packed schedule. We do offer a handful of carefully chosen experiences — a guided walk on the ridge, a winemaker introduction, a chef’s table evening — that you can take or leave as you like.

Chef’s table evening
One Friday a month. 6 covers, 8 courses, paired wines. The chef cooks at the pass; you sit at it. $220/cover; books 6–10 weeks ahead.

30 minutes in the meditation pavilion at 7am, Mon + Wed + Fri. Free for guests; bookable with reception the night before.

Winemaker introduction
Two-hour visit to the local cooperative or one of three named-grower estates within 25 minutes. Tasting + light lunch. $110/person.
