What happens next
- Confirmation within one business hour during open hours (8am–9pm local time). Outside hours, you’ll hear from us first thing the next morning.
- Rate quoted in your confirmation email — including any applied member discount or seasonal package.
- You confirm with one tap. No deposit until you confirm; then a 25% deposit holds the room.
- Reminders 14 + 3 days before with onward logistics — transport, weather, restaurant reservations.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 7 days before arrival; the deposit is fully refunded. Inside 7 days: 50% of the booked stay charged. Inside 24 hours, or no-show: 100%. We recommend travel insurance for non-refundable bookings.
Direct-booking promise
If you find a lower public rate within 24 hours of booking with us directly, we’ll match the rate and add a 5% discount on your stay. Forward the listing to reservations@{{siteDomain}} and we’ll handle the rest.
