Series-C B2B SaaS, $52M ARR, growing 80%+ YoY. Profitable on a contribution-margin basis; targeting GAAP profitability in 2026. Backed by tier-1 funds. Confidential at briefing stage; we’ll disclose to qualified candidates after a 30-min call.

The role

Lead a 60-engineer organisation across product engineering, platform, infrastructure, and developer experience. Scaling to 90 over the next 18 months. The role owns engineering quality, hiring, performance, and delivery cadence.

The candidate

  • Currently or recently a VP Engineering at a B2B SaaS company between 80–200 engineers.
  • Has scaled an engineering organisation through a 1.5–2x growth phase. We are not looking for a hyper-growth (5x+) operator.
  • Strong on engineering excellence + product-engineering culture. Less interested in pure infrastructure or pure data backgrounds.
  • Comfortable with remote-first, async-default working culture.
