Measured, not marketed.
We publish what we measure and we won’t certify against schemes we don’t believe in. Numbers below; updated quarterly.

What we do
Plastic-free packaging
Paper, cardboard, hemp twine. The 8% gap is products where the maker uses plastic; we’re working on alternatives.
Carbon-neutral shipping
Offset via verified projects. We publish the offset partner + tonne count quarterly.
Repair-first culture
Garments repaired free for life. Knitwear re-blocked at cost. Leather goods re-edged at cost.
Slow shipping
No same-day default. 3–5 day ground in the US, 7–14 internationally. Faster on request, with a surcharge that funds the offset.
Maker-first margins
Every product page discloses the exact dollar margin to the maker. We aim for 40%+; current average is 41.7%.
What we won’t do
Buy-one-give-one schemes. Single-use marketing inserts. Same-day shipping. Black Friday.
What we don’t certify
We’re not B-Corp certified. We don’t carry GOTS or Fair Wear logos. The scheme audits run on a 12-to-18-month cycle; ours runs continuously, and we’d rather publish raw numbers than chase a logo. If a scheme starts publishing what we already publish, we’ll reconsider.
What we’ll publish next
Maker hourly wages by country, by Q3 2025. Mill water-use averages, by Q4 2025. We’ll add them to this page when the data is clean enough to stand behind.
