Drip on row crops; flood on grain only. Total water-use down 38% since 2020. Reservoir-fed; no aquifer draw.
Five full-time growers
Average tenure 11 years. Skilled labour, year-round contracts. Living-wage certified.
Direct to chefs
No wholesaler. We deliver Tue + Fri across an 80-mile radius. Order by 10pm previous day.
Traceable
Every box ships with a QR code: when picked, by whom, soil block, weather log. Public on the website.
Family-owned
Founded 1963 by Helena Castelo. Fourth generation in operation. We’ve declined three approaches from agribusiness consolidators.
