- We read every enquiry personally — usually within one business day.
- If it’s a fit (and we have capacity for your timeline), we’ll reply with a 30-minute discovery call link. The call is no-commitment and free.
- The call covers brief, constraints, budget realism, and timeline. We’ll either agree to next steps or tell you we’re not the right firm and recommend who is.
- For projects we proceed with: a feasibility memo + fee proposal within two weeks of the call.
What we’re typically not the right fit for
- Spec houses or developer projects where the user is unknown.
- Projects under $500k construction budget — the studio overhead doesn’t support it. We’ll happily refer you to firms that do.
- Anything in the suburbs that’s an hour’s drive from Brooklyn each way. We work in NY, NJ, CT only.
