How it works
1. Tell us
Email repairs@{{siteDomain}} with the piece + the issue + a couple of photos. We respond within 24h with a prepaid return label.
2. Ship it
Use the prepaid label. Wrap the piece in tissue, no plastic. Ship from any post office. Track the package via the link we send.
3. We mend
The atelier handles every repair by hand. Lead time 2–3 weeks for most jobs; 4–6 weeks for complex re-tailoring or relining.
4. We ship back
Free return shipping. We pay duties + customs where applicable. We send tracking + photos of the finished repair before it ships.
Cost
Always free. We never charge for repairs on pieces we made — even pieces from earlier collections, even unintended damage from wear.
What counts as a repair
Seam splits, button replacement, hem alterations, lining patching, re-stitching, moth-hole mending, even small tears + fabric repairs. Anything we can do without redesigning the piece.
