SS25 · Outerwear
The Marlow Coat.
$1,290. Italian wool, deadstock Loro Piana lot. Cut in our Tuscany atelier in eight-week runs. Three colourways: Sand, Slate, Chalk. Sized 2 — 12.
The piece
The Marlow is a tailored single-breasted coat in deadstock Italian wool. Cut to fall mid-thigh on a 5′7″ frame; lengthens proportionally through the size run. Notched lapels, two patch pockets, single back vent. Lined in cupro from a Como mill. Hand-finished button-holes. Designed to layer over heavy knitwear without distortion.
The fabric
This is the closing edition of a 2024 Loro Piana deadstock wool lot we bought ten months ago. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. The lot ran 1,400 metres total; the coat takes ~3.2m per piece, and we’ll produce around 240 pieces across the three colourways before we move on to AW25.
How it’s made
Cut in our Tuscany atelier. Twelve people work on the coat across pattern, cut, machine, hand-finish, and pressing. Production cycle is eight weeks — the coat reaching you was started in early February 2025.
Sizing
True to size. If you’re between sizes, size up — the coat is meant to layer. Detailed measurements per size below. Free returns + remakes within 30 days.
