How a program works
Goal assessment
Free 30-min intake. Movement screen, baseline lifts, conditioning test. Now we know where you're starting from.
Periodised plan
6 or 12 weeks. Each week's volume + intensity is intentional. Progressive overload that doesn't burn you out.
Coached sessions
3–4 coached sessions/week + 1 self-led day. Cap of 8 per session — coach actually watches your reps.
Weekly check-ins
Numbers tracked: lifts, weight, mobility scores. Plan adjusts every Friday based on the data.
End-of-program test
Re-test the baseline. See exactly what changed. PRs are ceremonial — we want them written down.
Bridge to the next
Programs build on each other. 12-week strength → 6-week peak → fresh assessment. Or fork to a different goal.
