About Dev

Dev started lifting in college, hit a 500lb deadlift at 21, and decided coaching was more interesting than competing. Fifteen years and ~3,000 hours of coaching later, he's our Head Strength Coach and the architect of our 12-Week Strength Builder program.

What he coaches

  • Olympic lifts — snatch + clean & jerk. USAW Level 2 means he's qualified to coach platform athletes.
  • Powerlifting — squat / bench / deadlift technique. Has produced 4 state-record holders.
  • Beginner barbell — first time touching a bar? Dev's the most patient coach we have. Don't let the credentials fool you.
