How we handle negative reviews
We publish 1- and 2-star reviews verbatim alongside our 4- and 5-star reviews. We don’t sanitise, we don’t paywall negative reviews, and we don’t down-rank them in our display.
Every claim that earns a 1- or 2-star rating is reviewed by our Chief Claims Officer personally. We publish an annual claim-review summary that breaks down what we did, what went wrong, and what we changed.

You’ll find our reviews on Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, J.D. Power, Google, and Yelp. We don’t respond to reviews ourselves — an independent customer-experience team handles all responses, with editorial separation from our claims and underwriting teams.
