Fill in the basics; we’ll confirm the exact stylist + slot within one business hour. For colour corrections + chemical peels, we may schedule a free in-person consult before the appointment itself.
What happens next
- Confirmation within 1 business hour. We’ll text or email back with the proposed stylist, date, and time. You confirm with one tap.
- Reminder 24 hours before. Brief text reminder with the booking detail and a link to reschedule if anything’s changed.
- 10-minute consult on arrival. For colour services, we sit down and talk before any product is mixed.
- Plain payment at the end. Card or contactless. No tip prompt; tipping is entirely optional.
Cancellation policy
Free reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours: 50% of the booked service. No-shows: 100%. The policy is about respecting the stylist’s schedule and the next client — not a revenue play.
