Starting prices are exactly that — starting points. Final price depends on hair length, density, condition, and the actual scope of work needed. We’ll quote the final price at the seated consultation before any product is mixed; you can decline at that point with no charge.
Cancellations + reschedules
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours: 50% of the booked service. No-shows: 100%. We hold the time as soon as you book; the policy isn’t a money grab, it’s about respecting the stylist’s schedule and the next client.
Tipping
We pay our team well above industry average so tipping is genuinely optional. If you’d like to tip, we leave it entirely to you — we don’t suggest a percentage at checkout.
