Tue–Wed
9am – 6pm. Quietest hours of the week; ideal for sensory-sensitive guests + first-time visits.
Thu–Fri
9am – 8pm. Late evening slots reserved for working guests; book ahead.
Saturday
8am – 7pm. Fully booked most weeks; bridal-trial primary day.
Sunday
10am – 5pm. Bridal day-of styling only; no walk-ins.
Monday
Closed. Stylists complete continuing education + the team meets for service review.
Holidays
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day. Open reduced hours on most other US holidays; check our Google profile for the up-to-date schedule.

Step-free entrance from Mulberry. Elevator from street level to both salon floors. One adjustable wheelchair-friendly chair station; let us know at booking and we’ll allocate it. Accessible washrooms on each floor.

Espresso bar, herbal tea, sparkling water, and pastries from the bakery downstairs. Wi-Fi password printed on the consult cards. Phone charger at every chair.
