How we handle negative reviews
We post 1- and 2-star reviews verbatim alongside 4- and 5-star reviews on our review feeds. We don’t sanitise, we don’t paywall, and we don’t down-rank.
Every appointment that earns a 1- or 2-star rating is reviewed by Maya personally. We follow up with the guest and the stylist, and where appropriate we offer a corrective service or refund without making the guest ask.
Independent platforms
You’ll find us on Google, Yelp, Booksy, and Better Business Bureau. We don’t respond to reviews on the platforms ourselves — our front-of-house lead, Marcus, handles responses with editorial separation from the stylist team.
